SHIMA Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1971 with just 15 employees.

Thanks to our diligent empoyees and loyal customers, our business has continued to grow.

However, believing that we could not overcome Japan's severe economiy condition through only domestic business, we entered the Chinese market in 1995 and Malaysia in 2000.

This enabled us to improve our skills, become more global, and also become more information-oriented.

In this way, we were able to match our custoers' needs for EMS completely as SHIMA Group.

Moreover, the Design and Development department was newly formed in 2003, so we were able to turn ideas into products from the trial of the curcuit board designs to the final stages of evaluation.

SHIMA also ventured with a partner company, taking charge of everything from planing to serving the costomers in the power supply business.

Furthermore, making the cheking devices (Checker) available for sale is highly valued which is one of the srong points of SHIMA.

In this way, we are always seeking challenges into new fields with the core attitude of a manufacturing spirit.

From now on, our attention is focused on the balance of domestic and overseas business in order to grow as a global EMS company.
