SHIMA Function Checker, Function Tester, Pinboard, Actual Mahine Test, ICT

SHIMA produces Checker (checking devices) using our own designs to assure the quality of the boards (including design of the pinboards and control program software) after meeting with our customers. SHIMA makes checking devises not only for the costomers that SHIMA assembles the circuit boards for, but also for new customers who need only the checker built using SHIMA's techniques and knowledge. SHIMA is able to develop a cheking device for our customers' exclusive needs.

 

SHIMA's Function Checker / Function Tester SHIMA arranges to meet with our customers and takes part in every process such as designing the pinboards and planning the cheking software as well as writing, assembling and debugging the checkers to assure that it will be efficient and easy to use under actual conditions.

SHIMA Pinboard SHIMA uses NC-controled machines to make our own pinboards to fit any of customer's circuit boards.

SHIMA is able to produce custom
circuit boards for our checkers
and to design various plans.
SHIMA Actual Machine Test SHIMA arranges the pinboard to make it easy to insert and remove the wires from the actual machine upon request.
SHIMA ICT In Circuit Test SHIMA verifies open/short solder joints, measures the power (wattage), and manually removes each part from the circuit board to check if the measurement is correct or not.
SHIMA makes pinboards using selected parts and plans which avoind creating a heavy load on the circuit boards.
